Orders 

How do I place an order?

Sign up for an account with us here. Add your desired item to cart and proceed to checkout to complete your order.


Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

Yes, you can change your shipping address, delivery timeslot and item quantity. We send out orders at 3pm daily (excl. weekends & PH). Please drop us an email with your request by 1pm. All admendment requests sent in after 2pm will be processed the next working day.


What if my items arrive damaged?

We take the utmost care to ensure that your items arrive in an excellent condition. But in case of damaged items, kindly drop us an email at customer@feelbeautiful.com.sg and we will attend to you accordingly.

 

 

Delivery 

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, it's free delivery for all local orders above $45. Please refer here for international shipping fees.

Can I self-collect my order?

Sure thing! All you need to do is to select 'in-store' pick up during checkout. Drop us an email at orders@feelbeautiful.com.sg with your order number and the date you would like to collect your order, and our customer service team will arrange with you accordingly. 


What is the delivery leadtime?

We endeavour to meet our delivery lead time target of 3 working days, that is, 1 working day for processing and 1 - 2 working days for delivery. 


Do you provide timeslot options for delivery?

Yes, we have two delivery timeslots for your convenience. You may select your preferred timeslot during checkout.

  • As Fast As Possible: 9am - 10pm
  • Evening: 6pm - 10pm only


Can you deliver at a specific time?

We outsource our deliveries to a courier company, Ninja Van and therefore have limited control over the delivery timings. Should you not be around to receive your package, please arrange for a re-delivery here, or contact us at customer@feelbeautiful.com.sg.


Can you call me before delivery?

We outsource our deliveries to a courier company, Ninja Van and therefore have limited control over the delivery process. You may email us your request and we'll leave a note with a smiley face for the delivery man. While he is not obliged to follow it, a nice smiley face on the box might encourage him :)

I need my products urgently, can you do same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery via Gogovan is available upon request. Depending on the shipping address, the additional shipping fee (on top of your order) varies and is payable directly to the driver.

What payment method do you offer?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer and PayNow. (Bank details is provided in your order confirmation)


How do I use my Coupon Code/Gift Card to pay for an order?

Type your code into the 'Discount Code' or 'Gift Card' box when you're in your shopping cart then click 'Apply'. Your order total will be automatically calculated during checkout.

How do I redeem my reward points? 

At step 4 (payment step) of your checkout, there is a check box above the payment method options. There, you will be able to view your reward points available for redemption. Simply check it and your order total will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Returns

 

What is your return policy?

We are committed to offering our customers the best service possible, with the best quality products, shipped in the best manner. Of course, sometimes things may not always go as planned. So if you happen to be unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us withn 14 days from date of delivery, we would be glad to offer you a 1-to-1 exchange, store credits or a full refund for item(s) that is/are unopened. If the item(s) is/are already opened, you can opt for either a 1-to-1 exchange or store credits. 


Can I get a refund for my products?

Yes, you may opt for a refund if the item(s) is/are unopened. Kindly contact us within 14 days from date of delivery. Please feel free to drop us an email at customer@feelbeautiful.com.sg and our customer service team will attend to you accordingly.

Products 

 

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 101% authentic. We parallel import all products from authorised distributors from USA and Sinapore, so not to worry :)

How can you guys offer such low prices?

We import some of our brands directly from the US enabling us to take advantage of their competitive price market. Additionally, we only hold stock on popular items thereby reducing the cost of storing an expansive range of skincare. Streamlining our business and increasing our cost efficiencies also enable us to transfer that cost savings to you!


What is the expiry date of your products?

Our products have at least 1 year expiry. Those less than a year will have the dates stated and will be put on discount at our Clearance page. Trial-size products tend to come with shorter expiry as they are meant only for trial.


Why are some of your products ‘unboxed'?

Some of our unboxed items are popular therefore we purchase them in bulk from the supplier. This allows us to pass on the cost savings to all our customers. Additionally, some items may have their outer box dented during shipping. Not to worry though, all bottles are factory sealed so rest assured that they are guaranteed brand new.
