a. All item(s) is/are to be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
b. If item(s) is/are unopened, unused or sealed, you may opt for either a 1-to-1 replacement, store credits or a full refund to your card.
c. If item(s) is/are already opened, used and unsealed, you may opt for either a 1-to-1 replacement or store credits.
d. Sale item(s) that is/are purchased with promotional codes or from the Special Deals page are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
e. All item(s) is/are to be returned using trackable mode or by our courier company at your own cost. (14 days will be counted from the date that our courier delivers/attempts delivery, to the date the customer brings it back to the post office and registers it for re-delivery.)
f. Please ensure that the product is in good condition with the Original Product box intact and email us the Tracking Number after the item has been sent.
g. If item(s) is/are returned due to defect/mistake, please contact us and our team will assist you accordingly.
h. Returns from overseas orders has to make their arrangement to ship the items.
